Darkening of selfAlas this night with the hour advanced.
As I gaze out my window at the moon so high.
Pondering that which has become my fait.
I am doomed to fade away as it seems,
For the one I once cared so much for, cares not for me.
Curse my feelings as I ask so many questions.
For it seems I am coming apart.
Tearing at the seams and unraveling slowly.
And it is beyond my power to stop it.
So I sit here brooding,
Asking what, where, and when.
But most of all asking why.
And as the never ending question Darkening of self

Realization of the AbyssI can see the hole below me.
The black abyss below my feet.
Yet what is down there, I do not know.
What lies in wait for me at the bottom.
The contemplation of which plagues me.

Yet I hang here on the precipice.

Holding on to my rock.
One which is slowly disappearing.

The worst of which, is that I know when it will dissolve.
I see the clock ticking down.
Even now I can feel my fingers slipping.

So close I have been to this entity, this rock of mine.

well i guess i have found myself something else to occupy my downtime. it seem that i am spending allot of time on online first person shooters(Call of Duty 2, and 4). yea call me a nerd i dont care but i could still pown you all!!!!!11

Life's been dissapointing. Had a baby gave it up for adoption to a wonderful couple (they tried for 8yrs) and uh, pretty much nothing going on for me except I'm finally getting life back on track. No I'm not in college, nor do I plan to go. No reasons for me to attend. I do however plan to get a job as soon as I am done healing from having a baby. It was a boy, born on Aug. 15th 2009, He was a cutey, but the man who was the father was an asshole, and I left him. Getting pregnant was an accident, we used protection just it didnt work, nothing is 100% I guess. Well, he's gone now, thankfully, and I'm slowly trying to repair my relationship with my ex-bf. Whom was my first long-time relationship was with. (Lasted 3 years til I left him because I was worried and confused to commit, but now I regret leaving because I realize how happy I was in the first place with him).

Hmm, well I guess that sums up my life story for now.

Nice to hear from you, how's college life been treating you? I hope you still get time in for more of your poetry and the works. Fill me in!

well college is goin good. buisy as i am i find little time to write, but i a mtaking a creative writing class so i more than likely will be writing and having to make time to write. so i will probably post a few. other than that its the same old same old. just about finished with my associates degree in web design, and am starting down a path toward a batchelors degree in IT and secruity. so i am goin to be in college for a while yet. no girlfriend currently, but as always workin on it. and thats prety mutch it here. i am sad to hear that you had to give up ur child to adoption, but i can understand the reasoning behind it, and that makes it ok in my book. i hope things work out with ur exbf if u were happy with him then you can be again.

fill me in on ur drawings and whatnot

What I've been trying to do is perfect my own personal way of drawing nature, where it looks slightly realistic but yet you can tell it isn't. Not sure if that makes sense but it's what I'm going for. Haha
